Free Delivery on Orders Over £100*

Spend £100 or more and enjoy FREE standard delivery!

• Orders under £100: £6.99 standard delivery.
• Orders of £100 or more: FREE standard delivery.

Express Delivery – £8.99

Need your camping gear in a hurry? We offer an express delivery service for £8.99, including full tracking.

To qualify, please place your order by 2 pm, Monday to Friday. (Feb-Oct)

Please note that our express service is available during our summer opening season, from February to October, and excludes weekends. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

*Delivery to the Scottish Highlands

Some areas of Scotland are classed as the Scottish Highlands by our delivery partners. Unfortunately, carriers apply additional charges for these locations, which means our standard delivery rates need to be adjusted accordingly.

The following delivery charges apply to the postcodes listed below.

Scottish Highlands – Standard Delivery

• Orders under £100: £14.99
• Orders of £100 or more: £7.99

*Remote Scottish Highlands & Offshore Locations

For more remote parts of Scotland and certain offshore locations, our carriers apply higher delivery charges and longer transit times.

Remote Highlands & Offshore Delivery

• Orders under £250: £19.99
• Orders over £250: £9.99

Delivery to these areas is typically a 2–5 working day service, depending on the destination and carrier.

A Quick Note About Regional Delivery Charges

We always do our best to keep delivery costs fair and competitive. However, some remote and offshore locations attract additional charges from our carriers, which we unfortunately cannot avoid.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, providing a safe and convenient way to pay for your order.

Delivery Charges & Dispatch Times

We always aim to offer competitive prices on our products. While we’d love to provide free delivery on every order, keeping our prices keen means we need to charge separately for delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt, using a next-working-day carrier service wherever possible.

On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know and keep you updated.

Delivery Services

We use carefully selected delivery partners, including APC and Royal Mail, choosing the most suitable service based on the size and weight of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the relevant delivery information and tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.

Standard Delivery

Our standard deliveries are normally made the next working day, between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on parcel volumes at carrier depots and distribution hubs, as well as your delivery location.

Large & Bulky Items

Larger and heavier items, such as tents and awnings, may require our express pallet delivery service.

These items are delivered by truck with a tail lift, with delivery made to the kerbside of your property. Please ensure that you have suitable arrangements in place to move your order from the delivery point to your desired location.

Packaging & Our Commitment to the Environment

Every order is carefully packed by our team here in the shop. We take pride in ensuring your purchases are securely packaged and protected for their journey to you.

We also believe in doing our bit for the environment. Wherever possible, we reuse and recycle suitable cardboard boxes and packaging materials received from our suppliers, helping to reduce waste.

So, don't be surprised if your order arrives in a box bearing a different brand name or product to what you thought you ordered.

Your new camping step might arrive in a box that once contained a chair, or your Vango purchase might turn up in a Kampa box. Rest assured, your order will contain the correct product.

By reusing good-quality packaging wherever possible, we can reduce unnecessary waste while continuing to protect your purchases in transit.
