Olive trees are very hardy and can live to a great age, their wood can be burnt on a carbon neutral basis.

Olive wood is very dense with a natural oil content. Being so dense it burns for much longer than some other woods, making it more economical as you need to use less. All our olive wood has been seasoned (dried) so it has a very low moisture content. This makes it burn efficiently, producing more heat and less steam.

It is totally natural as we have not treated it with any chemicals and olive wood burns with a lovely golden flame, producing a beautiful aroma. We cut our wood into handy pieces making it easier for you to start your fires.

Please remember to keep our wood in a well ventilated area, try to store it off of the ground and covered it kept outside. Try to keep it dry in a log store or shed. If it does get wet, please dry it out under cover and don't burn it until its moisture is sub 20%.
