I researched a lot of self inflating mats before making the final decision. After using it in a tent and also at home as a guest bed, I'm happy with my choice as it is as comfortable as sleeping in your own bed and the foam filling protects you from cold that usually happens if you spend a night on an airbed in a tent. First inflating takes longer as the air has been factory compressed, but every next time is quite quick. You can adjust the firmness with a few extra puffs. My airbed can retire now and this mattress will replace it.
