"I came in and bought a 9 berth tent on Saturday from you, thank you for your help and assistance.
I managed on my own to put the tent up within an hour, and it was so easy, the kids slept in it over the weekend and the dogs slept with them too. It was great, and today I managed to take it all down and get it back in the bag, except for the poles ( which made the bag too heavy for me) again in an hour.
