We can accept payment by all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We would love to be able to deliver all our orders free of charge but unfortunately we can not offer keen prices and free carriage.
We always use a next working day carrier service and aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If we do happen to be out of stock on a rare occasion then we will let you know asap. For all standard delivery services we use our other carefully selected carriers APC or UPS depending on the size of your order and again we will email you full information with tracking numbers as soon as we dispatch your order. Delivery via APC, UPS is between 8.30am and 4pm normally the next day. For heavy bulky items such as large tents and awnings we use an express pallet service, which will be a kerbside delivery by truck with a tail lift.
We personally wrap all the orders from our stock here in our shop and make sure there is enough packaging to protect your delivery and recycle all the boxes we receive for packaging doing our bit for the environment. Don't be surprised if you order a step and we have reused a chair box to send it or a box may say Kampa on the outside but you ordered a Vango product. Its just us trying to do our bit for the environment .
